To celebrate the launch of MetaXP, MXC Foundation has teamed up with MatchX and DataHighway (DHX) to encourage and reward the community to learn more about MetaXP! In a series of simple-to-participate quizzes, you will be presented with some questions regarding MetaXP. Answer them correctly and enter the draw to win exclusive prizes!
Structure of the MetaXP Quiz
The MetaXP quiz will be divided into 3 rounds, each increasingly more difficult than the last. Each round will be composed of 5 unique questions. You must complete all 5 questions in order to complete the round.
The quiz will test your knowledge of MetaXP — from basic understanding of the exciting new concept to advanced practical skills — to help you navigate the new multi-token mining world of MetaXP.
Participation in the MetaXP Quiz
You do not need a perfect score in a round to continue to the next round. Simply try your best for each round (to be released on different days), and you will get your score at the end of each round. If you have not scored perfectly, you can try again!
Feel free to discuss the answers with other community members, but please refrain from giving away the answer directly. Giving the answer away will result in disqualification.
Conditions to Win
You must score a perfect score in each of the three rounds to enter the draw. Scoring a perfect score in all of the rounds does not guarantee you a win; rather, it makes you eligible to win the grand prize.
If you have been chosen as one of the lucky winners, MXC Foundation may ask for further information to ensure that your participation has been legitimate.
A Special Prize for a Special Occasion
Lucky winners will receive a Special Edition Interchain Mystery Pack — an exclusive combination of goods provided by MXC, MatchX, and DHX. The mystery pack contains a huge amount of swag, and you will have random chances in each mystery pack, making each pack unique. Moreover, some of the rare mystery packs will have the highly coveted MXC Gold Coin, with some coins containing secret airdrops of $MXC worth a few thousand dollars!

Terms and Conditions
MetaXP Quiz. (the “Quiz”) is designed to test the knowledge of the participants (the “Participant(s)”). The quiz competition will be held in accordance with these Official Rules (the “Rules”) of this competition listed hereinafter:
REGISTRATION FOR “MetaXP Quiz” CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES:
ORGANISER: The Quiz is organized by MXC Foundation LLC, ( here in after referred to as “MXC”).
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS QUIZ: The Quiz is open to people (the Participants) anywhere in the world who have completed the age of 18 years of age as on 01–01–2022.
BINDING AGREEMENT: In order to enter the Quiz, entrants must accept the official rules (“Rules”). The Rules consist of: (i) the terms and conditions on the web page; (ii) the terms and conditions if any on the Entry Form or the Quiz page. The Participant should read this agreement carefully prior to entry to ensure that he/she understands and agrees, because these Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Quiz.
QUIZ COMPETITION: The Quiz will consist of 3 rounds of 5 questions for the participants to answer.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: In order to be eligible for the rewards, a participant must register for the Quiz and complete the Quiz in its entirety. The winners will be chosen randomly among these participants based on whoever achieves the perfect score on the Quiz.
PRIZE DETAILS: Prize details will not be unveiled in order to protect the legitimate need to keep the prize a mystery, given the nature of the promotion.
CONDITIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES TO WINNERS There is no cash alternative and the prizes must be taken as offered. MXC reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the Quiz prizes become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his/her prize then MXC reserves the right to award the prize to another winner. MXC may reduce the number of prizes if there are no sufficient entries to qualify for the prize. Any prize(s) that remain unclaimed at the end of 30 days from the announcement of the final results will become canceled. MXC reserves the right to award this prize to the next winner or even revoke that prize. MXC does not assume any responsibility for any products and services offered as prizes under the Quiz. And under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Quiz be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by MXC. Except for warranties and conditions implied by law which cannot be excluded, MXC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes awarded under these Rules. OTHER CONDITIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS: All national, state and local laws and regulations apply. MXC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Quiz if, in MXC’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Quiz by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other Participants, MXC, or the Judges.
PRIVACY: Participants agree that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by MXC, its affiliates and the consultants for the purposes of conducting and administering the Quiz. By entering the Quiz, Participants agree to the transmission, processing, disclosing and storage of this personal data by MXC, its affiliates and the consultants.
PUBLICITY: By entering the competition, the participants & attendees permit themselves to be photographed/ recorded by electronic, online and print media for telecast, publications & contacted by their given email ids and other display usages of MXC. MXC may also collect any information, photograph, video clip etc. from the participant for publication or sharing for the promotional requirement of MXC.
ELIMINATION: Any false information provided within the context of the Quiz by Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Quiz.
INTERNET AND DISCLAIMER: MXC and its consultant are not responsible for any malfunction of the entire Quiz Site or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, answers to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, network connectivity problems, hardware or software failures of any kind.
RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY: If for any reason the Quiz is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Quiz, MXC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Quiz. MXC further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Quiz or Quiz Site.
FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES: This Quiz is governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and only the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising from this Quiz. By participating in this Quiz, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules and by MXC’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Quiz. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect, to the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Quiz are hereby excluded, and Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
